Before listing my home in St. Petersburg Florida for sale, I spoke with several Real Estate agents. After personally interviewing three, Kim Dicce provided the most comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis, complete with color pictures of the homes compared. The other agents printed out comparables from Realtor.com and provided me with limited text information. Additionally, Kim Dicce’s estimate on market value price was $15,000 higher than the other agents. Kim was correct! The house sold, in one day, for exactly the amount estimated. Obviously, the ability to pick out the correct sales price of a home is crucial.

Kim also communicated daily with the buyer’s agent providing them any information needed, such as previous termite inspection paperwork, homeowners insurance companies, utility phone numbers and addresses, and much more that I can’t think of.
