I merely do this, not just to beat them up, to see how they react to the question. Those sales professionals that field the questions with a calm professional answer are well, professional. Those agents that get upset and defensive, I feel lack the experience to be selling for me. Kim Dicce handled the commission flexibility answer with professionalism and I would and do highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the geographical area Kim Dicce serves. Kim Dicce also watched my cat for me while I was out of town for a week. Further, while my home was under contract and waiting to close, Kim Dicce kept me informed daily as to the status of the buyers situation e mailing me numerous documents such as the buyers revised pre-approval letter from their lender. Kim Dicce also kept in contact with my Attorney providing him any information required for a smooth closing. Kim also communicated daily with the buyer’s agent providing them any information needed, such as previous termite inspection paperwork, homeowners insurance companies, utility phone numbers and addresses, and much more that I can’t think of. |
